experience
Advanced API Interaction:Employed sophisticated approaches to work with intricate external API calls, tackling high degrees of conditional queries essential for accurate data retrieval and integration, improving overall system efficiency and reliability.
Form Enhancement and Standardization:Modernized and optimized an email template form utilizing React Hook Form for managing complex data structures with minimal re-renders. Additionally, ensured design consistency by replicating and integrating the improved design across various application endpoints.
Holistic Software Development:Focused on user-centric design and optimized software applications using React, ensuring seamless state management through RTK-Query.
Progression and Leadership:Advanced from Tech Fellow to Full Stack Software Developer, taking a lead role in redesigning and rebuilding the Feedback Commons application.
Proposal & Funding:Successfully pitched a proposal for the next-generation rebuild of Feedback Commons to the Keystone executive team and consultants. Subsequently, secured funding for the project's execution.
Design & Development:Led the redesign and reconstruction of Keystone's advanced feedback web application in close collaboration with all stakeholders. Introduced innovative tools to amplify the software's data processing and visualization capabilities. Deployed the full stack using Docker to safely containerize version control and cohesion on Digital Ocean App platform.
I bridged the technical and consulting teams to drive data-driven insights and solutions through various facets of data analysis, application development, and client support, involving close interaction with consultants, stakeholders, and clients.
Growing my proficiency in Python, Cherrypy, MySQL, MongoDB, and Javascript, I supported the tech team in generating custom yet automated reports. My active involvement in D3 facilitated clear data visualization, allowing for the intuitive interpretation of complex data sets.
As a key contributor to the Feedback Commons, I provided ongoing support to subscribing clients. My efforts ensured that users could effectively interpret patterns and signals related to experience and impact, contributing to enhanced understanding and decision-making over time.
I designed and implemented a robust tutorial system, incorporating metrics that tracked user progress through various milestones of the course. This not only enhanced the user learning experience but also provided valuable insights into user engagement and progress.
